As a couple, we loved the grand and well-decorated house, especially our spacious and comfortable room named "Merlot" with its impressive bathroom. The owners have an excellent knowledge of the area and stocked the honesty bar with local produce. Breakfast was typically French and delicious, with fresh coffee, juices, homemade jams, and family recipe treats. The pool was a great addition for relaxation.

We felt extremely welcomed at Préchac Park, with the hosts going above and beyond to cater to our needs. Nothing was ever too much trouble during our stay.

Beautiful B&B, spacious room, large bathroom. Allan and Anne are welcoming, and Anne is a great cook. Highly recommend staying longer - if you're lucky, you might even get to swim in their operational swimming pool! 😄

Sadly, the swimming pool wasn't open. for the past nine months.

I had an amazing stay at this B&B. The hosts were cute and were very good too make me feel at home. They even had a teddy bear and children's books for my child in the room. The breakfast was fresh and homemade, with a delicious omelette prepared specifically for my child. The owners had great knowledge of the area and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions. The house itself was beautiful and well-decorated, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was especially excellent. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location were all great.

    Almost perfect.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful. The beautiful antiques and charming touches throughout the general areas added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. As a senior woman, I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with well-maintained ramps and handrails that made it easy for me to navigate around the property.

I would have loved to see more organized activities or outings specifically designed for senior guests. It would have been wonderful to have the children working there offer guided tours or arrange local excursions catered to our needs and interests.

I had a wonderful stay at Park Bed & Breakfast in a peaceful village. the house was beautiful with impressive original features. the owners were welcoming, providing great company and recommendations for things to do and see in the area. They even offered helpful advice for my day trip to the Great Pyla Dune. the room I stayed in, 'Merlot', was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and included fresh coffee, juices, homemade jams, and family recipe treats. The location was perfect for exploring nearby villages and Bordeaux. Cons: No issues at all, everything was perfect! 🌟.

The room at Prechac Park had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a tiring day of exploring. It also offered free WiFi so that I could stay connected with my loved ones back home. I loved how the private bathroom had a hairdryer and free toiletries, making my stay even more convenient. , the triple room I stayed in had executive lounge access, a comfortable sofa, and an electric kettle, providing me with a touch of luxury during my budget-friendly stay. I felt pampered and at ease in the room.

The only downside for me was that the suite only had an electric kettle, and I missed having more extensive kitchen facilities. But I understand that others might still find it convenient for their needs.

The room was spacious and exuded a charming, traditional French ambiance. The owner's attention to detail in the decoration of the building was evident and added to the overall charm. I was also kinda surprised with the delicious dinner prepared by the owner himself, using locally sourced ingredients. The wine served, from the surrounding wine area, was the perfect complement to the meal. The warm welcome I received made me feel at home.

This place is absolutely incredible! The house is jaw-dropping with its stunning original features, and the village location is super peaceful. The owners, Allan and Anne, are fantastic hosts, offering loads of advice on what to do both locally and further afield. They even helped us plan our adventure to the Great Pyla Dune! The room we stayed in, called 'Merlot', was spacious and comfy, and the bathroom was mind-blowing. Breakfast was a feast of French delights, including homemade jams and treats. Allan and Anne have an 'honesty bar' stocked with local goodies, and their knowledge of the area is top-notch. Can't recommend this place enough!

The park overlooking the 11th century church was a breathtaking view, like stepping into a fairytale. I loved the self-service bar in the shared lounge, it was like having my own personal bartender. The free use of bicycles was a great perk, exploring the charming village was a breeze. The seasonal outdoor pool with garden views was the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. The selection of books in the library was impressive, I found a hidden gem to escape into during my stay. The free continental breakfast was a delightful way to start the day, especially when enjoyed on the terrace surrounded by the beautiful garden.

    Pool maintenance needed.

We had the best experience at this beautiful manor in a peaceful setting. The massive room size felt more like our own apartment, with a comfortable bed and quality bedding. The owners were attentive and accommodating, even speaking perfect English. The setting with the greenery at the front of the house gave a great first impression. a fantastic place to stay and explore the Bordeaux region.

The room and reception areas were not very clean.
